Roma Director Pinto Slams Pariahs That Refused to Leave

Yesterday was a very important day for Roma, who tried to reduce their squad by arranging deals with Turkish clubs, but they couldn’t get anywhere, Matthias Vina, William Byanda and Ante Couric are still in town.

Director Thiago Pinto attacked the last two, who were frozen, before the Trabzonspor match (via Sports).

“I am not disappointed because I expected it. Some players prioritize their contract rather than their future. We have emptied a lot of untouchables, but others would rather just see their deals. Unfortunately, this is how football works.”

According to the publication, Pyanda turned down a belated offer from Alanyaspor, as he would have received less. There were inquiries but no concrete bids for Coric. This will be their last season with Roma as their deals expire in 2023. In recent years, the midfielder has played on loan at VVV-Venlo, Olimpija Ljubljana and FC Zurich. Instead of defenders in Zolteh Vargem and Nancy.

The CEO commented on the team they put together overall.

“He’s big and he’ll let the coach spin. No one should consider themselves a full-time rookie. Losing Udinese was tough, but we play every three days and we can’t dwell on it. It always takes time to bring in newcomers, but things are going well. The group Strong and the coach handles everything as a family.”

We saw in Rome, Byanda and Coric

The Gelorossi She’s been adept at correcting past mistakes, but nobody hits a 1000. While the small salaries of the remaining two misfits shouldn’t stop them bringing in a free defender. Though, they have to choose carefully depending on their physical form after months without a team.
