Tottenham Hotspur secure Perisic from Inter

Tottenham Hotspur have completed the transfer of Ivan Perisic from Inter, with the Croatia international set to move for free.

The Premier League club took to its official website to announce the deal on Tuesday, with Perisic set to move to north London at the end of his contract with Inter next month.

Perisic has signed a two-year contract with White Hart Lane and will link up with former Nerazzurri coach Antonio Conte, having impressed Inter this season at left-back.

Inter had hoped to tie the 33-year-old on a new contract, but the former loaned Bayern Munich player ultimately opted not to stay in Serie A and will switch to England before the new season.

Perisic joined the Nerazzurri from Wolfsburg in 2015 and scored 55 goals in 254 games, winning the league title in 2021 under Conte.
